All orders ship from our warehouse located just outside of Buffalo, NY - usually within 1 business day.  You can expect delivery typically within 2-5 days unless you chose a faster shipping option.

We stand behind our products and do the best job we can to accurately reflect them. If you’re not happy with your product for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 90 days or purchase.  The product must be received in the same condition it was sent.

Consumables (food/water) and Solar Panels are non-returnable.

Unless otherwise stated, most products have a 1-year warranty. If your product breaks or doesn’t operate as expected, contact us for troubleshooting and/or possible replacement.

Please note that all electronics have a 90 day warranty period.  User related damage is NOT covered.
