Please do not rely on them for your item to arrive according to those dates.. Shipping time frames vary depending on many things including how many orders we receive, status of inventory, service levels and more. Sirius Survival is not responsible for any additional costs that may occur through duties, taxes, and any other fees that may arise due to international customs and shipping costs. You are purchasing our products knowing additional costs that may occur are solely the responsibility of you, the purchaser.
Sirius Survival Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified. If 30 days have gone by since the date your order was received from our warehouse, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The cost of return shipping is solely the responsibility of you, the customer. Exceptions to this policy may be granted if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item(s). Please contact customer service if this is the case. There are no credits, refunds or other costs that Sirius Survival and its entities will incur for you to return any item purchased from any of our websites.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed for the subtotal of your order (we do not refund shipping costs) and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company and/or bank, processing time may vary.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
