We received the backpack in a timely manner. However as we were packing a few things in it the lining ripped. This was within hours of receiving it. I find the lining to be of very cheap quality. The backpack was priced well so I called the company telling them about the tear in the lining & they gave me a choice of a refund or replacement. Another backpack was sent immediately. They do have GREAT customer service.
