    For DC (12v) devices you would need a charge controller and 12v battery.  For AC, you would need that plus an inverter (12v) that connects to a battery.  The panel has MC4 connections.

    Yes they can be run in series or parallel, just be cautious to stay within spec of your wire sizes and charge controller regarding volts and amps.
