We know this year is going to be a little crazier to ensure you get everything in time for Christmas.  That’s why we created this guide to help you understand how we can make sure you get your order in time.  If you’d prefer you can always call us at 833-747-4877, 9-5 M-F and we can tell you exactly what to expect based on your order and location.

Below is our current cutoff times for ordering to receive your item before Christmas:

2 Day Service	Must order by 3PM 12/22/20 (EST)

Please note: The ‘Gift Prep Packaging Offer’ does not qualify for Fed Flat Rate 2-day offer.

Processing Time & Back Orders

Almost everything on our site is in stock and typically ships within 1 business day.  That being said, we are seeing an exceptionally busy holiday season this year and don’t expect stock to last; we suggest buying as early as possible!

We ship primarily from our Buffalo, NY warehouse.  

If something is on backorder, it will show that on the product page, in your shopping cart and on your order confirmation.  In addition to that, we always email you as well to give you an estimated arrival time.  Any item on backorder is likely NOT going to arrive in time for Christmas.
