Exactly as described, has room to add more as you see fit. The velcro tear away is a really nice feature you don’t see on these kits usually. recommend going through it beforehand to check on the supplies.

I love the way this kit is built and the MOLLE medical case is honestly worth the price alone. This has all the necessities of a first aid with the some of the survival tools I wanted. I also removed the flashlight, it is a nice quality but didn’t suit my needs – also it doe snot come with a battery. There is plenty of room for extras and if you remove and reorganize then it has even more room for whatever you want.

Have purchased a few first aid kits over the years, they are all compact to start, but you could never put everything back together. This kit has spots for pretty much everything, while keeping the kit super compact. You might even be able to fit this in a bigger glove box.

Disappointed, thought I was buying a “first aid kit” but it included a bunch of stupid “survival” necessities, like rain panchos, a wrist band with tiny compass, another compass, a tiny flash light, 4 lime green light sticks and some other stuff that I don’t even know its purpose. The first aid supplies were very basic, q tips, band-aids, a tiny amount of gauze bandages and tiny scissors. Not at all I was looking for. Did include what appears to be a quality tourniquet.
